Today is the first step to taking care of myself.

As we live, we miss the small signals our body sends us.
There are times when I just get through the day without thinking.
I was like that too.

“If only things would get a little better…” I consoled myself.
I ran without even realizing that my body and mind were getting tired.

At some point, I realized that my body was not what it used to be.
I felt like this couldn't go on, so I started to change my life little by little.

What to eat, how to move,
What habits should I develop to improve my health?
The things I learned and practiced while looking for the answer
It made me who I am today.

This blog is about the insights and experiences I gained along the way.
I've organized and shared it.
Information for health, practices I have personally tried,
Scenery and daily life encountered in New York and New Jersey,
And small challenges that make life a little healthier.
I'm trying to leave it slowly.
